What Should I Expect?

Reach out to us via email or phone for a free consultation to discuss your requirements, likes and dislikes about the property, and agree on an installation date (up to 10 days after consultation subject to availability).
Curate the Design
Nesy Staging Team will curate the furniture items to maximise the space and value of your property.
Installation
After collecting the keys from you, we will complete the installation and styling within 24-48 hours depending on the size of the project, ensuring all packaging is removed for recycling or disposal.
Ready for Viewings
The property will be fully prepared and ready for viewings. You will also receive complimentary photos shortly after the stage. After the minimum 6-week hire period, we’ll return to de-stage the property.

Our Pricing

Our Staging Packages are typically priced at an average of 0.3-0.5% of your property’s guide price. The final price depends on the property size, the number of rooms, and the target audience. For a tailored quote, please contact us directly.

Staging area includes: Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Bathroom, Bedrooms, and optional outdoor space.

Our package provides expertly edited photos showcasing our furniture and expert styling. These images are fully prepared for immediate use or for sharing with your selected agent for marketing purposes, all at no additional cost.
